Dental implants at a young age

Hi everyone! I have some massive dental problems... 6 of my teeth must be pulled out. Then, in order to maintain normal chewing functions and for aesthetic reasons, I'd like to get dental implants. Unfortunately I don't have extra savings for that and I'm starting to save for the implants now. Any kind of help would be very welcome. All I want is to be able to smile without any fear again!
