dental implantology

Hello everyone I apologize for my bad English, I started this section because I have a serious problem.
I am a boy of 21 years and although it may seem strange at my age a few days ago I was diagnosed with periodontal disease, calculate that of the 32 teeth that everyone i were 17 and even healthy, and now I need an operation to implant, unfortunately I have to do it as soon as possible because being so young, the disease progresses rapidly and after a certain point, the only solution is the dentures which would create many problems.
now I am informed by many dentists outside of my country, unfortunately the cheapest will cost around 13000/14000 € depending on the task at hand.
unfortunately I do not have such a sum at the time because I can not find work for the economic crisis, my parents work but being in 4 family that money they just can not pull it out, so I would be very grateful to anyone who could be of help obviously is not a joke, as soon as possible put the photos taken by the radiologist.
