I need help to fix my teeth, I am 45 years old and I am losing my teeth for some reason and I need all of my teeth replaced so I can smile again.

I cry every day for my beautiful lost smile

I don't eat sweets or drink sweet drinks and I brush and brush but every day a small piece of a tooth comes out
