Dylan has been employed with Bmore Technology for 5 years. He graduated from Stevenson University and was living here in Baltimore. A few years ago he moved back to Long Island to live with his family while he saved to purchase a home back here in Maryland to be closer to work and begin a future with his girlfriend. Before COVID-19, Dylan had been traveling to Baltimore for at least 1 week a month to visit clients and stay with his girlfriend.
Sometime in March, he and his family became ill with COVID-19 and his father was hospitalized. Dylan, his mother, and his brother recovered, but due to the nature of the virus, they were unable to visit his father in the hospital and on April 3rd, he sadly passed away.
Dylan’s father was a general contractor and sole partner of his business. His mother worked at home, focusing on their family and his brother was laid off in light of the pandemic. Despite the circumstances handed to him, Dylan had to take over his Dad’s business and work to ensure any open projects are completed. At the same time, Dylan has had to pull from his years of savings to buy a house to help stabilize life for his mom and brother. He still plans to move back to Maryland at some point when he can ensure his family is back on their feet.
To us Dylan is family and we want to do what all families do in times like this and that is step up and help. We created this fund raiser to provide a conduit for our Bmore family to help. We know that many of our customers have also enjoyed working with Dylan over the years and expressed an interest in his well being.
If you would like to contribute to assist Dylan and his family get through this difficult time, please donate or share. Thank you in advance for your kindness.
