Fluffy is sick and she needs help

My cat, Fluffy, was a stray 2 years ago until i took her into my care, she has been well fed ever since and have been very happy throughout her time in my house, i have brought her to the vet several times and all the reports and results came out smooth, she had some dental issues arise and have been taken care of and had 2 extractions which were fine, but right after the dental, for the next 3/4 weeks she was acting gloomy, didn't eat the whole day, and would be very quiet, and on the night of 8th October at 1.00 AM, my cat went into shock and was drooling and struggling to breathe, she was rushed to the emergency vet and she was recovered into a stable situation, she was suffering and i thought of euthanasia but have since refrained from doing so, and decided to fund her treatment, i have bared nearly $2,000 in expenses at the vet and will be able to provide for the remaining of the vet treatment, but i cant do the regular veterinary checks that will be needed over the years and for her medicine, or in case of another emergency, any amount will help a lot and will aid in my cats recovering, she was near death and now she is doing fine but may require further vet care, and i need support with that.
