Dear family, friends, colleagues, friends of friends, acquaintances... Dear everybody!
About 9 months ago my daughter Deirdre was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. For those of you who do not know what this is, please click on the following link: https://www.healthline.com . In short: It is an autoimmune disease that affects the central nervous system.
What absolute devastating news this was for the entire family as we, and surely those of you who personally know Deirdre, could not even begin to except that this vibrant, lively, outgoing, warm , self-confident 34 year old, young mom MIGHT be so effected by this disease that possibilities like paralyses and even death were staring us in the face. Unfortunately this disease has already taken its toll and lesions were found on her brain and spinal cord. These have a crippling effect on her right leg and hand. Damage has also been done to the central nerve behind her right eye and the result of this is a constant migraine....not headache...but migraine, and being a teacher and mother to a very energetic 6 year old, it has almost become impossible for her to function properly.
Luckily, there is a cure! HSCT or Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation is the ONLY cure for MS at present. Stem cells are harvested from the patient after whom the patient's whole autoimmune system (together with the MS) is destroyed using chemotherapy. The harvested stem cells are then injected back into the spine and generate a whole new and healthy autoimmune system.
As you can imagine this is a very costly procedure and this is why I am asking each and every one of you to make a donation towards Deirdre's recovery. If everyone of you could share my request with all your FB friends, and in turn they with theirs, this message will reach many people in a very short time. If everyone just donate a small amount (even one dollar will make a difference!) the targeted amount could be reached in no time and Deirdre will, thanks to your generosity, have the chance to beat this disease.

Four years ago, I went numb from the waist down. After quite a few MRI’s, spinal tap, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. I was on Avenox for almost 2 years, i had 1 year of monthly steroids IV, had to stop due to hip pain. Through my physiotherapist i learnt about a MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS HERBAL TREATMENT from K.H.C (Kykuyu Health Clinic) and their success rate with the treatment, i immediately started on the MS treatment, i experienced decline in major symptoms including hand tremor, back pain, difficulty walking, muscle paralysis and weakness, uncomfortable tingling and burning, fatigue, urinary retention,double vision, slurred speech difficulty swallowing, numbness.
