DEFRAUDED ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED

This young couple have been defrauded of all they money which the husband got from being retrenched at his workplace. They were led to think that they are purchasing a house from the owner who was also the agent and upon going to the transferring attorney they were told that they can deposit the money directly into the owners bank account and they shall receive vacant occupation of the property on registration unfortunately they have not received this and it has been 2 years already and upon trying to get hold of the agent/owner they were not successful so is the attorney, the law society advised that they is nothing they can do. The current owner of the house said his house was never for sale. They currently stay in a nearly broken down shack and with no means of making a living because of they lack of educational background. Can we raise as much as we can for them in order to give their kids a roof please as they are really struggling please.
