Decorating Fund

Hi, my name is Julie. I have been recommended this site by a friend helping me to try and raise some urgently needed funds so I can decorate my flat.

I have lived here for nearly 10 years in this Housing Association property and the depressing wall paper is now coming away from the wall like strips of old cellotape. The Housing will not provide any kind of grant to help decorate and as I am employed, it seems I do jot qualify for any kind of help, anywhere! But I simply cannot afford it and it is really getting me down. 

I would like to ask for some help from anyone who would be kind enough to donate as little as £1 and anything will help. I am eternally greatful for you taking the time to read this. I hope to get my project underway by the start of the New Year so I can have a mental clear out and a fresh start to 2015!
