DECA Competition Fundraiser

Hello, my name is Andre Aguiar and I am currently a junior who attends Jay M. Robinson highschool in North Carolina. DECA (Distributive Education Clubs of America) is a club at our school which I have been heavily involved in for two years now. DECA is a business and marketing club where members from our school compete at a regional, state and international level against hundreds of thousands of other highschools from around the country. This year we have done exceptionally well at the regional level as well as the state level, because of this we have qualified to compete at the national level in Anaheim, California on April, 24 of this year. This is an excellent opprotunity for 5 members of our DECA group to compete nationally against other states in hopes to bring home multiple medals and trophies, but one problem arises which is funding. The complete cost for the trip is $800, which includes plane tickets and registration, this is quite a lot for each individual member to pay. Any funds donated would be greatly appreciated, it would mean the world to all of us to be able to attend this life changing experience and to be able to reppresent North Carolina at such a high level. Scholarships and other academic achievements are available for the winners at the competion, for we are the future business leaders of America. Thank you for all the support and God Bless.
