Debt support to avoid jail

i have been working in china for the last 9 years, 2018 was the worst during my career, i have got two penalties and i had to send goods by flight for lipton, Uber and lux (unilever) due to production delay and failing to deliver on time, which is not under my control as im only trading office dealing with the chinese factories. The amount i have paid is very huge for me as i have family of 3 daughters and im responsible on my parents too.

For the last 6 months i have tried working hard and have been to most of the lebanese banks, to get a loan which can cover my debit! All my tried failed because of my nationality and lack of any property under my name because of the law against palestinians in lebanon.

I want to stop drowing in the debit and i need help as a loan for long time purpose, because now chinese police had block listed me (attached listing my company and country at chinese website) as im not able to pay for the suppliers. The total debit around 150000 dollars, and im afraid that i will face the prison sentence, while im not cheater or theif i just failed to cover the suppliers’ payments because of the penalties terms i had signed

Please note if i dont pay for suppliers, then i cannot ship the containers and i will have to face my clients in lebanon at court which put me in dangerous situation in both countries,
