Debt review assistance

I'm a 27 year old health workers that has had a financial crisis late in 2015 and have been under debt review since 2016 and will be for another 18 years. I manage to pay off the monthly repayments but get to be left with so little that I struggle to support myself, daughter and family as I used to when I started working back in 2014. I have started a private practice to help boost my salary and it does help a lot, however I don't make enough to help speed up the debt review repayments. The reason I'm asking for help is because in 20 years time I would have paid more than a million to the creditors and debt review company, therefore I need support for a settlement and save me from the frustration I go by on a daily basis and live a better life especially for my daughter.
