Debt, Parking tickets

Gosh, I wonder how many people have started these. I am, like so many other millenials and unlucky bastards, in debt. Chicago is a B-I-T-C-H for parking, and the contractor work I am doing requires me to pay back taxes at the end of the year. Unfortunately, the contractor work I've been doing has been dying out this winter and I don't have money for taxes. I have $1,250 in credit card debt, $420 in unpaid parking tickets, and will owe around $4,000 in taxes which I don't have. I just wish someone would help so that I can put this crap behind me and go back and finish college and find a career for myself. Any amount is appreciated. If it means something to you, my life story is one of a gay, sporty, nerdy, goofy, musician. A left brainer seeking to find his right. Someone trying to get out of Chicago and to a warm coast. LA, Miami, or beyond the states. A realist with dreams of not being one and etc. This post is made out of desperation and at the very least I appreciate you reading it. Thank you for your time.
