They say you cannot choose your family and those that you do are the dearests to your heart.
Darla is one of my chosen family. She is full of energy and joy and has her whole life ahead of her. However, she and her family are currently facing a challenge - Darla is diagnosed to have Pleural Effusion and needs to undergo Theracoscopic surgery.
We are knocking in your hearts as we need money to fund her operation the soonest.
