Greetings good people on the internet, my name is Khalid. I am from a small country called Bangladesh. I was born and raised in Saudi Arabia by Bangladeshi parents, and we have been living as expatriates in Saudi Arabia for more than 17 memorable years. I would love to carefully explain my current negative situation in an organized way by using questions as titles and reasons as paragraphs.

My family:

We're a small family of four and I am the eldest son in the family. I am 18 years old now, and my sister is 9. I finished 10th grade from an IGCSE British curriculum school in the year 2020 and my parents had to discontinue my sister's education after grade 3 in 2020 because they had no MONEY.

What happened and why??

To start with, my father is an employee of a steel company that is responsible for supplying and building large megaprojects in the Middle East. The problem is that the salary he receives is just totally insufficient to run our family even at the bare minimum and besides that we also have to pay dependent fees in Saudi Arabia as expatriates to renew our family's national ID. I will be providing a link below that will help you understand the concept and the reason for Dependent Fees.

https://www.arabnews.com/node/1028596/saudi-arabia

My father's company has been struggling for a very long time with its finances because they couldn't afford to pay every employee's dependent fee and besides that they have been struggling with debts that they collected to pay off all the dependent fees needed for the employees of top management to run the company like CEO,CFO,COO and their assistants and other management staff. Besides that in 2020 once the global pandemic was announced, my father started suffering even more because of quarantine and ban of transportation seaports and airports, the company could not close any deals with other countries for megaprojects. This resulted in my dad not receiving his salary on a monthly basis and receiving one salary after every 3 or 5 months and that's the reason my parents had to stop my sister's education and if we don't pay our dependent fees by this May of 2021 we will stay illegal and in that regard we will also have to pay a penalty which is a lot of money which I can only imagine will destoy our lives.

Plans after receiving donations:

Once we start receiving donations from all our lovely supporters we will start collecting and once we reach our goal amount we will pay our family dependent fees as soon as possible. After that my father will start looking for a new job with a better salary and proper family benefits and I will pursue my passion to study and I will start online filmmaking and sharing of ideas and knowledge and helping others online.

Thank you for reading :') and showing interest in helping us!!

Also, if you could share our story on social media or with your family and friends on DMs it would be very helpful and would help us reach our goals faster!!
