David Adamiec, A Combat Veteran Who Needs Our Help Thanks

The Lutheran Church of Madison is asking for your help. David Adamiec served two combat tours with the US Air Force in Iraq and Afghanistan. After returning, David began to experience seizures because of PTSD.

Over the past few years, these seizures increased in frequency and intensity. Two years ago, one particularly intense seizure left David totally blind. His eyesight returned several months later, but he continues to deal with seizures and memory loss resulting from PTSD.

David has been repeatedly to the VA hospital in West Haven, CT, receiving treatment. However, his condition remains the same and he has not been able to return to work because of the ongoing seizures.
