Dave’s book raising fund

Looking for help promoting my book on Amazon...this book was publsihed this year and I am looking for a way to get it marketed.  In 2005 I was hospitalized with menengitis and almost died.  I have pretty much lost everything and am trying to help raise a 9 year old son.  If my book can get more exposure it may help turn things around for us.   The book is entitled "My life a life a story of a man infected"  This book was a difficult process but it was well worth the effort.  I as.m a former marine and electrician and although I had to stop working I still enjoy doing the things I can..  I also know that times are difficult and am not accustom to asking strangers for anything.  In this case if anyone decides to help me for any donations of 10.00 I will send you a signed copy of my book.  Thanx for looking and supporting me in my effort.
