Daughter’s open heart surgery

Hello to everyone out there,

My name is Grace and Boipelo Talia is my daughter's name, she is 1 year old.

Boipelo Talia was diagnosed with a Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) both VSD and PDA a day after she was born. The doctors said she needs to undergo an open heart operation. The costs for this operation are so high that I'm left with no other option but to ask for help to those that can help financially for my daughter to have this life saving medical procedure. My daughter has been in and out of hospital several times now with pneumonia and doctors say CHD and pneumonia are 'twins' and that as long as her heart is not corrected she will continue to struggle with this. She has already exhausted the amount allocated to her for the year by the philhealth scheme and she has no other insurance. Her health situation has become a matter a matter of urgency as time is not on her side.

The amount we hope to raise with this campaign for help is around 1million pesos. This is the estimate that her doctor said our daughter might need for the operation and after operation costs, including recovery.

I would like to assure everyone that we will be transparent with every, the total amount donated, how much was the operation, medication, and how much is left after the operation. I also undertake to donate back whatever amount will be left after my daughter has had the operation to anyone who needs or has a child that needs medical surgery. I will NOT ABUSE in anyway your generosity and kindness by using your donation on myself. This I promise.

Watching my daughter losing weight and suffering like she is day by day pains me to no end as a mother I have no choice to go out there and ask for help do save my daughter's life, that is why I am here to ask each and everyone's help.
