Database Administration Certification

Hello I am a lady with talents and skills, I believe I am here because I need help with getting my associate certification in oracle database administration. My skills and talents are majored in creativity eg website design, logo design, and promo videos.The reason I want to get certified in this field of information technology is to advance and be more productive in church by provding IT solutions. adding to this, is getting a job that is IT related for a long term profession. I am currently aiming to get a bsc degree in computer information technology. Back to my need, this certification invles me taking two major exams of which the training are 3500 and 4900 respectively and additional 125 and 245.
