Hi Everyone,
My name is Daniella and I would like to ask for your help. I have a heart failure and was going in and out of the hospital 3 times this year. I need your financial assistance due to my condition, I have to stop working and I have a 3 year old son to support. I am in great debt now due to hospital bills and no insurance.
I badly need your help since I have to buy my medicines and please help me support my child.
