Please help me raise money for my public apology

On July 4, 2018, I was arrested and charged for violation of the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines, E-commerce Law, and Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012, for allegedly distributing infringing copies of video lectures during the 2018 Bar Exams review period.

We (I and the private complainant) have already reached a settlement and entered into a Compromise Agreement. The private complainant did not ask for a single centavo of money (of which I am very grateful), and only asked for a public apology to be published on a Sunday in a full-page broadsheet newspaper. I have made necessary inquiries with several newspapers and received the lowest quotation from the Philippine Daily Inquirer in the amount of P125,949.60 per issue.

Initially, it was stipulated that the publication shall be made within two (2) months from the date of approval of the Court, or until April 21, 2020. But due to the unfortunate rise of COVID-19 cases in the country and the subsequent declaration of several issuance by the Government, I asked the private complainant for an additional fifteen (15) days from the original date to complete said publication, or until May 6, 2020, to which they agreed.

Unfortunately further, as a consequence of the implementation of the lockdown, I was unable to reach out to his friends and relatives to borrow the needed money.
