Campaign Story
Hey, I am Judith from Lithuania, an aspiring choreographer with classical training. After my many travels working in France, Russia and Finland, I am back in my home country dreaming about something big and really heartfelt.
This project is what has become of my years of thought about human body, interaction and... well, love affairs! I wish to express all this in the language I know best which is my body movement.
The play will take place in three simultaneous scenes, each taken by three dancers, expressing different states of a relationship - bliss, acceptance and confrontation. It is going to be all that is to a relationship. There is no plan to make it structured, ordered or to have an obvious script to it. It is wanted to be odd, challenging both to the body and the mind, so not easy on the eye.
When I choreograph, I follow a raw emotion complimented by what my body knows from all this training since I was four (20 years now!). I strive for aesthetically pleasing but mentally challenging result and I hope that my fellow countrymen will get to see what becomes of all this all because of you!
