Campaign Story
Dan is 6 years old and has Downs Syndrome but this doesn't stop him leading a very happy life in the village of Hathern where he attends the village school. He enjoys school life, has lots of friends and tries his best to fit into mainstream education. However, with this disability comes a necessity for additional financial needs such as one on one tutition and care, sensory experiences, and other equipment, all which serve to enrich his learning and physical development.
This is why Hel, Mel and Dave are running the Loughborough Half Marathon on Sunday 24th March to help raise funds for Dan.
