Damsel in distress

Around 4 years ago I was in a mentally abusive relationship for years I knew I needed to get out but he had a hold over me, he was very clever and conned me into signing for s mortgage solo in my name knowing I wouldn't leave him but after a while the debt seemed more appealing and I found the courage to leave.  He continued living there (squatting) for a year racking up more debt eventually they repossessed and sold the property leaving me with approx £35000 to pay I have set up s payment scheme which I have 5 years left on leavin him was the best thing I ever done but I'm suffering and so is my daughter he has nothing to do wit her which breaks my heart financially we get nothing, I just want to be able to give her what she deserves in life but right now I can't  im loosing sleep over this and feel I'll never move on until it's payed !!
