Life saving lung transplant for Javier

Hello Friends

My name is Javier Delgado. I am 41 years old, I have 4 kids and am currently unable to work due to my health condition. My wife is currently my full time caretaker and is unable to work. In 2012 I was diagnosed with Pulmonary Fibrosis and was on medicine to control it. In 2017 my condition was starting to get worse and I was sent for more testing which showed that my lungs are more damaged and I will need a Lung Transplant to survive. The cost for a lung transplant is $300,000 USD. I am looking for any help possible to pay for medical costs, take care of my family's needs and get the transplant I need to help me live to see my kids grow up. Any donation is appreciated.
