Campaign Story
My wife, Aileen Torres a Dialysis patient and also a Person w/ dissability (PWD)
She have been a dialysis patient for 18yrs at Philippine Kidney Dialysis Foundation
(PKDF) under the new management of
B.Braun co.
I am doing this letter with much hope that it might help me for my wife regular or lifetime dialysis treatment 3x a week.
However due to this Covid Pandemic,
I am not financially stable to support my wife dialysis treatment as well as. Her daily maintenance medicine.
I right this kind of letter as i have nowhere else to seek a Medical & Financial assistance,I am knocking to your good hearth Mam/Sir please help in any amount that you could give it to me and to extend my wife LIFE.
I will be grateful for your help during this time of crisis.
