Dahab Real Estate Investment Fund

Residents and visitors know that real estate is booming in Dahab, with a 5 to 6 fold increase in the past year alone.

Our objective is to create a real estate investment fund to enable small investors with a limited capital to participate in real estate investment in Dahab.

Money collected will be used as follows:

- Long term rental of properties, revamping and furnishing them for short-term rental

- Acquisition of properties and land

- Construction of new properties

- Property Management Services

- Marketing campaigns for properties.

- Broker commission fees

- Revamping & renovation fees

- Client Services

- Call Center Support

- Building an online system that enables donators to track their investments and ROI

Revenue Streams:

- Property Rental fees

- Property and Land Buy/Sell Commissions

- Propert Management Service Fees

Money donated will be locked for a period of one year. Revenues are to be distributed on an annual basis, based on your investment % in the total portfolio.

Project is scalable, and a detailed investment strategy document will be made available on a quarterly basis outlining progress and allocation based on the money pool value collected at the beginning of each quarter.

Pilot Phase will be limited only to short term property rentals, till enough money is available to proceed with other phases of the project.
