Dad’s cancer treatment funding

My dad, -the only supporter for the family- was recently diagnosed with stage 4 lymphoma cancer. Despite the fact that this cancer is curable even at stage 4, dad refuses to pursue treatment for its high costs which we cannot afford. He is also unaware that we are trying to raise this fund for him and we wish we can surprise him with the fact that he can get the treatment he needs in order to keep this family going.

Dad is 52 , a violinist in "The Cairo Opera House" , a father of two children and a loving husband.

We are unable to find any other alternative than to start a fundraiser since the eldest son is being shipped off to a year of obligatory military service and the youngest is still a student. Furthermore, the insurance agency we are enlisted in will not pay for his treatment.
