Dad’s wishes

My dad was diagnosed with stomach cancer on April 11, 2013.  When my dad found out he had cancer they said it was in stage 4 and not giving him much time to live.  He was very upset along with all of us.  He wasn't ready to die and we definitely not ready for him to go anywhere either;  so he started having chemo treatments every week since he learned of this and he had to be off 2 weeks then back to chemo treatments for another 4 weeks.   I had contacted MD Anderson in Houston for a 2nd opinion and we were waiting for him to be ready to travel after they got information about my dad's medical condition.   They called my dad the morning of July 8th and my dad told them he had suffered a heart attack July 2, 2013 and of course they told him to get that worked out and get back to them.   My dad nearly died, he was on a ventilator for 3 days...they finally were able to take him off and he got stronger each day.  Sadly they told him he needed a bypass and because of the cancer this cannot take place.   And they do not advise anymore chemo, because that would be too hard on his heart.  So what he wants to do and needs to do is get out of Prescott Valley Arizona (elevation is too high and my dad is on full oxygen) he wants to go to Tennessee to his home growing up to live out what time he has left.  We need to make this happen in the next two weeks as my dad is on borrowed time... his time left with us is in God's hands...

I pray god takes over and removes his cancer and repairs his heart, God can do this.......but this is my dad's wish.  I want to make it come true.   He has been not only the best dad ever but my best friend.  He made me the person I am today and I thank god for him everyday.   We need to make his travel as comfortable as possible and this means renting a motor home and getting a driver.  He can't fly because of his heart.  My dad needs to be able to lie down when he gets tired and move around comfortably.   This will probably take a few days to get him to Tennessee depending on how dad feels.  And time is of the essence.....any help will be deeply appreciated.
