Dad’s Parkinsons Disease

Dad was Diagnosed with Parkinsons Disease in 2003. He is 57 years old now, and it is embarrising for him to hear things like: " That man is so drunk so early in the morning", Look how funny his arms go". He used to be an extrovert, but he secluded himself to his house. He needs to undergo an opperation that will cost over R300 000.00 South African Rand. Please help us, this opperation will improve his lifestyle and his medical insurance will not pay for this opperation. He has a granddaughter that he wants to spend time with, but he struggles to talk and move.
