Dad on road to recovery,but needs assistance with medical bills and therapy

A Dad/husband was hit by a car that lost control while on his way to his new job. He was in icu for 2 weeks,he has been left with multiple spinal fractures,ruptured spleen and 5cm blood clot. His spleen is healing,we still dealing with spine and monitoring blood clot. Ronald was the bread winner of the family of 6,his wife Leigh is now trying to make ends meet and see to the family she is however under a huge amount of stress,daily life difficulties and managing 4 kids(homework,sports etc.) Financially the family is taking major strain. Ronald needs to see 2 doctors every month(general surgeon and orthopedic surgeon) the family cannot afford this,however it's important he sees these doctors for the healing process of recovery,there is also pain medication which the family cannot afford. He needs to start seeing a therapist for the trauma. Please can you assists this man. So he can do as he did before. He longs to be able to play with his kids and do day to day things that we take for granted on general(mow the lawn,drive,play ball etc)
