Cyrus Rose – Lower back pain – Urgent Fusion surgery Required

My name is Cyrus Rose and I’m 34-year-old man I'm very experienced GIS Specialist with an excellent academic profile and proven track record more than 16 years of invaluable international experience in consultancy and management. I developed pain in my lower back immediately after I slipped on to the Grass on 18th Feb 2015 and that incident change my life with pain I manage to support my family but now actually, I feel I’m already disable my body feel I’m in trauma, I can’t do anything, most of the time I spend on bed even some time I do toilet on bed my wife she is helping me mostly while toileting, showering or dress up. I can’t sleep whole night just because of pain I reduce 9 KG wait in last 4 month of time. Every day my eyes get num if had couple of hrs sleep out 2-3 days. While crying in pain I do pray to GOD make me free from this pain. since April 2018 I’m on Morphine 60mg+ Nortriptyline 10mg in morning 10mg every 4hrs time and at night 80mg + Nortriptyline 35mg. even now I'm on heaviest dose of medication but still not helping me at all. my GP said to me I can only access to Govt. Doctors and this is the maximum medicine dose I can prescribe.

I’ve 3 young kids 10 ,6 Years & 10 Months old Baby according to surgeons if don’t had surgery so maybe I get disable for my rest of life.
