Hello,
My name is Cyra Venize T. Ocampo. I'm 4 years old and I am from Taguig City Philippines. I was born with Cerebral Palsy (CP) Syndromes. I can't walk, talk or even crawl.
I need to undergo an MRI and all the laboratory tests needed to have concrete findings on my condition. A little wheel chair for me too if you would be so kind enough to share some love for me.
