Campaign Story
Hello friends and family, I am reaching out for help to achieve a goal of mine. To open my own restaurant. I have a prime location in Catonsville, Md right on Fredrick road with heavy foot traffic. I am hoping to open the C'ville General Store and Bistro. A throw back idea with the general store that will offer boutique products, local produce, cheeses, coffee, pastries, homemade products for breakfast lunch and dinner.
The Bistro area will be a 3 meal a day dinning area, where we will be able to cross-utilize products from the General store into the restaurant.
We still see a market for great food in the area, with the liquor laws loosening we are seeing a growth in the area for dinning options. Though the current fair is good I know we will be excellent. We will be able to compete with the lunch and dinner competition in the area but I believe where the biggest opportunity is will be with breakfast and the grab and go options we will offer.
