Custody Lawyer For Dalton- Please Help!

This fundraiser is for my son. He is in a terrible situation with his dad. His father and I have joint custody and I'm trying to get that changed and only supervised visits. I have called DFCS and law enforcement, But they have stated that the child's life has to be in imminent danger. A case was opened up And the case manager said all she could do is tell me to get a lawyer and that I needed to go to court. I have had witnesses come to me from my ex husbands crowd telling me I needed to go back to court for full custody and that they would testify.  I already knew he was in a bad environment and have been trying to save up money for a lawyer, but hearing this made me realize action needed to be taken now. My baby is 3 years old. He has been exposed to sexual adult situations where the ex husband has sex in the same room as my child, drinking, smoking, abandonment, cussing, And neglecting my son. Please help me raise money to get a good lawyer so I never have to worry about this again. I'm so worried about my baby and I'm so desperate to get a good lawyer so I don't have to worry about this anymore. My baby means the world to me and I love him so much. He deserves to be in a healthy home and away from things like that. Please help us. Any donations would help me save money for the lawyer.
