Custody filing fees for Leilani

As many of you know I've had my daughter Leilani since the 1st day she entered into this world November 24th 2013 She is my entire life she is funny smart intelligent just an over all an amazing little girl. Unfortunately there is no custody agreement at this time stating I as her mother have sole residential and legal custody of her to be able to enroll her in school daycare etc...I also am not looking to terminate her Dads rights but to encourage fair and equal parenting time such as every other weekend and shared holidays. So I am asking for help with the cost of filing fees to establish a healthy safe haven for My child any amount big or small is greatly appreciated.
