Custody Battle – Save Kids from Abusive Mother

I'm a 40 year-old single father of an 8 year-old daughter, Emily and a 5 year-old son Joey, both children have learning disabilities. I have been in a custody battle since 2009 with many cases of substantiated cases of abuse and neglect against my ex-wife and now current husband.  She is now on the central registry for abuse and neglect in the State of Michigan, but Child Protective Services still refuses to remove the kids.   My funding has run dry to fight, and I can't bear my kids being hurt.  I am begging and pleading for help....my funds are taped dry....my ex-wife has a trust fund from her family and I'm starting to believe they are attempting to out fund the fight....
