Cure for Copper

Hi. I am Copper. I was recently diagnosed with Hip Dysplasia Stage 2. My doctor said I need to undergo a surgery as soon as possible but my mom can't afford it because it cost $550 (PHP 28,000). Her income is not enough also to pay for my surgery. The remaining money will be spent to my meds and other tests.
