Culture of Freedom movie

Sallux is working on a new project where we will develop a documentary movie with the theme: Culture of Freedom. It will be about the development of a future proof government style for Syria. It's basics are to be found in the Democratic Self Administration who controls Northern Syria.

This new government style - unique for the Middle East - declares that there are equal rights for men and women, freedom of conscience and believes. A society free from dictatorship and evil. Sallux believes this concept will be the blue-print for the rest of the Middle East and Africa for people who currently suffer oppression and dictatorship.

What Sallux stands for

Sallux wants to build bridges between the opposites and to find common ground as we need a relational approachto life, economy and society. Sallux means “Salt and Light”. Sallux wants to spark a salted debate where needed and shed light on the issues we face. Sallux presents solutions and will not stay on the safe side of the status quo, by organising events and distribute relevant publications. Sallux is an association that acts as the political foundation for the European Christian Political Movement (ECPM). Sallux, formerly known as Christian Political Foundation for Europe (CPFE), supports and underpins the ECPM especially in terms of political content by Pan-European co-operation and the introduction of analysis, ideas and policy options. Sallux shares the basic program and Christian values of the ECPM. As an association Sallux welcomes likeminded think-tanks, NGO’s and individual politicians as members. Together with these partner-organisations Sallux exchanges information and ideas and increases spreading of new vision with positive influence for the European society.

Relational thinking and biblical principles are applicable in every dimension / topic you can think of. Sallux will shine it’s light specifically on the following topics: family, society, the EU (institutions and the people), (human) life, the economy, global problems, the environment and freedom.
