Cultural week for poor school in Flores, Indonesia

We are six motivated students from the Netherlands. Our study is related to the event branche and in January 2014 we'll travel to Flores, Indonesia to visit a poor school and organise a social and cultural week for the kids. Our goal is to contribute to the children's future, of course in a fun way. We're planning to bring sports equipment and music instruments with us to build a soccer field and arrange a music classroom. In this week we will also organise different activities for the children. For example: soccer practise and a competition, music lessons, shooting a videoclip and we will end the week in a festive way. 

To make this happen we need money from sponsors. This money will be used to buy the materials we don't get sponsored right away. But we will also use it for our plane tickets, our pasports and the vaccinations that are required, because to make this project happen we have to fly to Indonesia ourself which is a major financial challenge for students like us.
