CT scan or MRI medical test.Heat stroke

Hi there, my name is Jacob.I was  exposed to high temperatures for two days in  the desert , I didnt know that my body didnt cool off( still not sure of that).Ive fainted, reaching  ER.A few days later I  still  feel dizzy, my  face gets numb , I feel some kind of pressure in my neck.I get chest pain, my cognitive  abilities seems to be impared.A dome sensation appears for a  few hours and I  dont seem to be myself, or Im out of it.I would like to get a professional medical checkup where  a doctor  can tell me  exactly  whats wrong with me.I  have anxiety attacks, I feel like something is  wrong with me and im  going to die.I would like to  have peace of  mind, knowing  how this condition can be ameliorated or treated.I have no health insurance, Im in a difficult financial  situation, I wake up  every morning  breathing  hard, thinking I will  die.Please help me pay for a  medical checkup that involves a CT scan or MRI test.Thank you
