Crowdfunding for our brother’s tumor surgery

To all our friends, relatives, friends of friends and that known us. I am using this to share the story of our brother.

About a year ago our Eldest brother Gomer had seizures twice his left arm was numb down to his legs and he fainted luckily he was with his wife, so she took him to the nearest hospital and the doctor said it is schistosomiasis. When we are all together(siblings) in our father's house a few weeks ago we ask him how he feels and he said that he is becoming clumsy as his arm and leg was not strong as it was compared to past years ago before he had seizures, He always experiences severe pain/numbness and headaches. We convinced him to go to a

physician in the city. The Doctor said that he needs to undergo Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and some other tests. After the said tests and MRI, he was advised to come back after a week for the result.

July 31 2019, they went back to the hospital, to get the result for MRI he was told that he had a Tumor 5.6 × 6.1×4.7 cm as big as an egg and that he needs to have surgery immediately. He was shocked and devastated, and can not think how and where to get fund for the said surgery.

Our brother who was a hardworking man and a father for his two children and doing all his best to be able to send them college is now in a crisis. We, his siblings and family are all willing to help him but knowing the cost for a brain surgery make us lose hope but I know that there are people out there who are willing to extend their help to us financially and give our brother hope that everything will be okay and that he will be well and fully recovered once the surgery is done.

I am creating this page on behalf of my family to ask help financially and knocking people with a golden heart, for us to be able to raise fund for his upcoming surgery scheduled on August 10, 2019, at Davao Medical School Foundation (DMSF) Hospital Davao City Philippines.
