Crowdfunding for Christians family

Dear All,

maybe you have heard the terrible news, that our AWS colleague Christian Berwanger passed away 1,5 weeks ago.

His wife wrote “Christian wanted to thank all of the AWS team and he was happy and proud to work with you all. His soul will be in peace.” We lose a highly respected and always good-tempered and energetic colleague, his family loses a brilliant husband and father. Let us wish his family strength and hope in these difficult times.

Christian left suddently, leaving his wife Yanni with their 6 months old baby boy Fabian alone. They recently bought a house in a small village and his family is now left with lots of debts. We thought that doing a crowd funding for Christians family would be a nice gesture of AWS and we hope that this money can cover at least funeral costs, that his family had.

I did put a fundraising amount of 2000 Euro on this campaign, as website asked me to do it, but we can exceed this amount with our donations. They all would go to his family.

The crowdfunding campaign is going to be life for 2 weeks. Please donate what you can.
