My history:

I have always felt naked on job-interviews, sitting at the job-agency thinking that they know almost everything about me from my CV, but I've got only some information about my next workplace. So far, there has not been any platform where people could get specified information about the employer, but now we can change this situation.

Creating a portal which is similar to the holidaycheck.com for example, where the guests can share their experience about the chosen hotel.

 



On this platform employees can share their job experience about the employer and the work-conditions.

 

Being well informed is crucial in our lives, with the information and the shared experiences we can avoid to make bad decisions.

 


My vision about the platform- structure.

 

One of the most specific functions is that a part of this database can be built or integrated into any job-site, so that  you can check these sites for the latest feedback about the job advertiser, or with one application you can share your own. With this function the portal also works as a qualification-system, where the employee can qualify his/her employer.

 


Step by step

In the beginning we want to focus on hotelier and gastronomy. In this sector the fluctuation is quite high, that is why people can help others by sharing their job-experiences, and helping this site grow rapidly will  benefit everybody.

The main goal is that before going to a job-interview, we could get valuable "intel", which can help us to see the most important details clearly. Of course, these details would stay hidden without the help of this site.

 



What We Need & What You Get In Return

We strongly believe that we possess what it takes to be the next big thing on the internet.

This portal would be free, open to improvement, so if there is demand from users we can expand it to other professions as well .


We need your help in this expansion. In the demo-site, we have created a data-base for 4 EU countries, but we want to grow to encompass the whole USA and EU. It is a lot of work, and we need help to make an exquisite portal.

We can represent a demo site about what we want to create, but we have to improve the marketing, structure, safety- face- and style of the site. This is the point, where we need your help, so please check out our super-awesome perks.  We need to purchase equipment-computers and software, and marketing materials...and much more to get things started, and get them started right.

Who are we?

Robert is the project manager, expert in gastronomy with economy qualification. The project supperters are teachers, cooks, waiters, engineers and friends, who have helped and still help in this project with work and advice.
