Critical Financial Situation

I'm a 20 years old boy from Tunisia. As most of the people know that the financial situation here isn't good at all, add to that covid and the lockdown. I've always been a self dependent, I was doing part time jobs for my pocket money, started some ecommerce projects in 2017 and had some savings...

So the past month is when everything went down, I withdrew my savings from my post office account with the intent to start investing and to pay off some of my debts ( yes I'm 20 years old and I already have debts because of how life is here... ) but I was mugged and I lost 3 years worth of hard work and time.

The thing is, I mainly withdrew the money because my family is going through a financial crisis my father was scammed for some money & both my parents have loans to pay off and I owe my father some money that I used to start my businesses... It's just I'm in deep loss and we could barely find enough food to finish the month in the past few months and I don't know what to do... I can't work, I don't have anything, I could barely save 15$ a month to pay for the internet...

I've lost everything, I've even started selling some of my personal stuff to keep on going, but all that's in my mind is to pay my debts and to help my family get through...
