Crippled by student loans

Our student loans are keeping us from our dreams. My wife and I made the mistake of using student loan money to make life easier on us and for our kids. Now we owe so much that we can't afford what we need. We have both graduated and are working. My wife can't find a job in her field so she works a low end job and I am working in my current chosen profession. I am also continuing in school in hopes that I will make more in the future. We would be so appreciative of any help.
