The story follows Thomas who after passing away comes back as a ghost to fulfil a promise before it's too late to save his grieving mother. Losing her only child, Rose must battle her demons and deep mental health issues. With the help of the local florist, Thomas will bring her back to "life".

My mother is a single mother of three and works in the medical field. COVID-19 hit her hard, and she has been struggling ever since. I have witnessed people I love dearly around me battling mental health. Some succeeded and others did not. With your contribution not only are you helping in the making of a beautiful film project, but you are also contributing to raise awareness and help people in need of care and support. A cut of the total fund will be donated to the World Federation for Mental Health.

WFMH is an international organization founded in 1948 to advance, among all people and nations, the prevention of mental and emotional disorders, the proper treatment and care of those with such disorders, and the promotion of mental health. Their mission is to promote the advancement of mental health awareness, prevention of mental disorders, advocacy, and best practice recovery worldwide. They work closely with the World Health Organization and have a seat at the United Nations.

Here’s a breakdown of our budget and where we will spend it. Despite having a fixed amount we are open to receive more even after the campaign is over. Feel free to contribute to your heart’s content. A cut of the entire fund will be donated to the World Federation for Mental Health (starting at 2% if it didn't reach the funding goal to 10%) and you will receive a confirmation that you have successfully contributed to their cause.

By helping us we guarantee that the funds will go into equipment rentals, production costs and of course to WFMH. We are proud to be sponsored by Tats Esnaola Apparel and co-produced by EICAR Paris. With their help they will provide a crew, props and clothing for the film. Our funding deadline is end of March as production preparation starts in April.

Each cent will greatly help into the making of this exciting film. It will help provide a professional looking short worthy of most major film festivals. In exchange for your generous support you will receive a private link to watch our premiere online and other surprises.

This is a story about a worldwide issue that is slowly being taken seriously. We want to shed some light on it and open people's mind to help those who did not have a chance. Through visual storytelling we want the film to tackle sensitive questions yet showing hope and perseverance. The image will have a very soft and dreamy like feel while still juggling between Rose's darkness and Thomas' light.

Every frame will feel like a painting inspired by a renaissance portrayal of life. Visual metaphors will strongly be used throughout the film to furthermore emphasize on certain aspects of the story. This is a production design heavy shoot. Rose's house will change, shift and evolve with her. It is a character of its own. The florist comes in play as this new, sweet and angelic figure. He will help Rose raise from a tool and the key to saving Rose. Below you will find references and inspirations to give you an idea of the visuals.

It has nearly been a year and a half in the preparation of this project, and we believe that we could deliver a new and breathtaking film worthy of Cannes, Sundance and many more. Help us, help you, help them. This is not just a film campaign, this is about changing all of us. The more you share, the better the reward thanks to our affiliate program.
