Eleno and Lourdes Cresencio Medical Fund

Hi! I'm Jeremy from the Philippines, the second son of Eleno and Lourdes Cresencio. I setup a fundraising page for TATAY (dad) and NANAY (mom) for their medical expenses. Tatay, 62 years old, was diagnosed with stroke last Thursday, January 4, 2018. He is currently admitted to the Male Medicine ward of Pagamutan ng Dasmariñas. He is a Tricycle driver and he does this to help us out in our family expenses. After 2 days, my mom, 56 years old housewife and a Christian Church Leader, was rushed again to the hospital after she was diagnosed with angina (a heart ailment involving plaque blocking the passage of blood to her arteries) last November 13, 2017. She is currently suffering from chest pains and the doctor advised her to have an operation once we have a budget. Stays home now but she needs 24hrs supervision for her chest pain attacks irregularly.

Both of my parents don’t have any college degree because of poverty but they still manage to help us finish our college degrees. Now, me and my siblings are professionals. We just had our work and our combined salaries are just enough to pay all our daily expenses. In terms of savings, I only have P5,000 ($100) left to spend for my family's medication. Probably after you read this post, I already exhausted that amount to pay for their medicines.

In behalf of my siblings, I would like to knock on your hearts to help our family survive this challenge of life. We keep on praying that both my parents will recover soon. I am having a time looking at them suffer with those sickness that they don't deserve. My nanay doesn't want to have the operation (angioplasty) because she's not sure if it would keep her alive. She is now taking medicines and herbal drinks hoping that it would seize the pain and remove that plaque in her artery. My tatay is currently recovering but we are a bit worried about his situation after he goes out of the hospital. We don’t have much money to support his medicines and therapy sessions.
