Credit Card Debts for our wedding

Over the past few years, I have been wanting to put together a decent

wedding for my fiance. She currently doesn't know that I have maxed out

multiple credit cards and still have student loans to pay off.
I have been using credit to put together our engagement ceremony, and our

wedding coming up next month. I plan to tell her once these credit cards

are paid off, so she doesn't have to worry about our future.
We have big goals in the future, and will eventually give back to our

communities. It's the beginning phase in our lives, and I definitely want to start off with no debts.
She currently is suffering from anemia and her mom as well. Because of this, I have to send money to her mom and take care of her as well.
Like most people, we live paycheck to paycheck, and at times I have no choice but to put it on my

credit cards in hopes that she won't find out.

By the way, this will be my second wife (My first wife passed away 4 years ago from cancer,

and we had a lot of debts during that time, so I don't want this to be another financial issue again).
