Credit card, Bank Card, Identity theft/Fraud Prevention Idea to implement

We have started a Private Engineering Company, we have an idea and design in place to manufacture this certain product/ equipment that will prevent credit card, bank cards, identity theft and fraud. We need funds to start manufacturing and producing. Our target market is Retail, Banks, Food Shops i.e Pick n Pay, Checkers, Furniture Shops ect. Identity theft is extreme in our country and it's costing up to 1billion a year.
