Creative Green Town is my Woman operated passive income business builder company specializing in  "green" home building and decorating product newtwork internet marketing and urban residential real-estate rehab/remodeling investments emphasizing the motto "Reduce, Recycle, Reuse". This start-up company that is formed to meet the growing demand for restored vintage homes of downtown area of the City of Benton Harbor, Michigan .  This company  initially  is focused on homes bordering the newly restored and expanding "Arts District" and recently opened "Jack Nicholas, Harbor Shores Golf Club", located 1/2 mile from the Arts District.  The homes to be purchased by this company have a price range of $9,000 - $35,000 and require three homes to start. These homes will be renovated by the owner of the business, Frances Allegretti-Blasy,  who has extensive experience in house design, project management, real-estate sales and  renovation. Holding multiple degrees in Fine Art, BA  Technology and master studies in Architecture from Andrew's University of Michigan as well as 14 years of practical experience working for Allegretti Architects, Inc.; a high-end award winning sustainable architecture firm located in southwest Michigan. The renovation of these project homes will be based on the practice of "Reduce, Recycle, Reuse" of home materials and products. The owner has multiple relationships with area architects and elite contractors who have agreed to donate to the business materials and supplies being removed from their client executive remodel projects and the owner will continue to work with Habitat for Humanity and it's sub-retailer ReStore as well as Whirlpool. External sub-contractors will also be used where City Permitting is required for any mechanical procedures including plumbing, HVAC and electrical work .

While the homes are in the process of rehab. Creative Green Town will be promoting GREEN sustainable building and decorating products on the World Wide Web. The website, www.jahgreenproducts.com will be an informational site promoting the latest in Reduce, Recycle, Reuse products and information for homeowners and contractors. The product promotion is an affiliate eCommerce site that will generate commissions from fortune 500 Business for the sale or re-direct lead to the product of interest to their site. The owner is passionate about creating this website and affiliate marketing of green sustainable Eco friendly products and solutions; not only does it center within her beliefs and visions it becomes a guaranteed additional channel of revenue because there are currently NO websites like this offered to date and has the potential to accelerate the Real estate part of the business, increasing the value and moral of the existing community of Benton Harbor, Michigan.

At the timely completion of a project home within the allotted budget outline the homes will will be marketed with a RE Realtor or rented out for a substantial amount more than the mortgage payment/investment.  It is this income stream that will be used to pay the mortgage on the house and to finance the purchase of another property in downtown Benton Harbor area.  Due to the rising demand of unique homes in this area, and its rapidly growing popularity with second home buyers and vacation rental seekers due to the Arts District  Golf Club and Silver Beach (voted top 10 beaches of the nation) it is absolutely believed that the properties will be rented out for a high price and will produce substantial cash flow to finance future projects while bringing more positive attention to an area that was once very well known for it's ELITE status revolving around the House of David Community  founded in the early 1900's by Ben Parnell and his wife, Mary.
